The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
