Service Advisor

Bob Boyte Chevy is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Biloxi, MS. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will utilize your communication skills and automotive knowledge to assist customers in understanding their service needs and provide timely updates throughout the repair process. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and gather information about their vehicle and service needs. Listen carefully to customer concerns and diagnose service requirements in collaboration with technicians. Provide clear explanations of recommended services, pricing, and timelines to customers. Schedule appointments, order necessary parts, and coordinate repairs efficiently. Maintain accurate and thorough service records and documentation. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. Work closely with the service team to meet department goals and uphold company standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and common software applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.
