Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Administering diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5, and developing treatment plans that promote effective strategies for improvement.

• Addressing a range of mental health concerns such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, and issues surrounding separation and divorce.

• Referring clients to other specialists or necessary health services when needed, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records and documenting treatment progress as per organizational policies.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to the continuous development of team protocols.

The client community served at Congruent Psychiatric Services is diverse, including individuals and families facing various life challenges such as: adjusting to changes in family dynamics due to remarriage, physical or psychological abuse, and ongoing medical issues. Your role will be pivotal in providing therapeutic interventions that lead to positive outcomes, helping clients achieve emotional resilience and stability.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for:
