As a paralegal, you will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support case management from inception through resolution, collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and other key parties, and play a key role in moving cases forward in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office efficiency. Conduct legal research usingWestlawand other resources. Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Maintain and update case files using case management software. Monitor deadlines and manage attorney calendars. Draft and fileNotices, Motions, Subpoenas, and responses to Discovery requests. Communicate with defense counsel and judicial assistants. Qualifications: Minimumthree yearsof experience as a paralegal incivil litigation. Strong understanding of legal procedures, court systems, and protocols. Proficiency in case management software and general computer literacy. Excellentorganizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Paralegal Certificate. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
