Reception/Administration (BBBH64523) Belfast, Northern Ireland Reception and Business Support Administrator Location: Belfast Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected professional services firm to recruit a Business Support Administrator for their Belfast office. The Client Our client is a long-established professional services organisation with an excellent reputation across Northern Ireland. The Role As Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Belfast office. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities, office coordination and general administrative support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to maintain a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting a range of administrative and operational activities. Key Responsibilities Providing a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house service for clients and visitors Supporting the day‑to‑day operation of office facilities and ensuring office areas are well presented Managing client documentation, including scanning, filing and maintaining accurate records Coordinating incoming and outgoing post Preparing meeting rooms, managing bookings and arranging refreshments Supporting the organisation and delivery of internal and external events Providing administrative support to teams across the business as required Assisting with general office coordination and business support activities About You Previous administration, reception, customer service or office support experience is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, reliable and able to work independently when required A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work The Package Competitive salary dependent on experience Excellent working environment Supportive and collaborative team cultureUnable to parse Opportunities for long-term career development Equality Statement Honeycomb is committed to providing equal opportunities for all applicants.
