We're seeking a dependable Porter / Groundskeeper to help keep an apartment community clean, safe, and looking its best. Porters play a key role in curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:
• Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas
• Remove trash from office areas and the community perimeter daily
• Complete trash-outs of vacant units to prep for make-ready
• Assist with cleaning available apartments and models
• Support the maintenance team with assigned tasks and minor repairs
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal (if applicable)

What we're looking for:
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED — entry level welcome; groundskeeping or maintenance a plus
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and solid communication
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the physical tasks of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule: M/W/F, 8-5
Pay: 18-20/HR , paid weekly
