We are seeking a proactive and motivated Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and develop your administrative and operational skills. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately within the supply chain department to ensure timely payments and record keeping. Monitor and track Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments, ensuring shipments are documented and delivered as scheduled. Scan, organize, and maintain important documents within the company's filing system for easy retrieval and compliance. Prepare and facilitate material transfers, supporting inventory management and movement. Collaborate closely with the OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) Specialist to support departmental functions. Assist with various supply chain and administrative duties, contributing to overall department efficiency. Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain documentation accuracy. Qualifications: Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access. Solid mathematical and analytical skills to assess data and process transactions accurately. High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
