About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Investment Banking team, with a focus on Industrials. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the execution of strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for a diverse set of industrial clients. This role involves leading the execution of M&A transactions, overseeing financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and structuring, as well as managing the preparation and delivery of client presentations and marketing materials. The VP will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting senior bankers in client coverage, and contributing to business development initiatives. Applicants should have 5-8+ years of investment banking or relevant corporate finance experience, with a preference for those with exposure to the Industrials sector. The role requires a proven track record in leading transaction execution, advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is essential. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of execution, exposure to a mix of M&A and capital markets activity, and a clear path for advancement within a growing investment banking platform.
