We’re seeking a  results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and events designed to increase  brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth .

This role combines  marketing strategy, campaign management, event planning, brand development, and hands-on execution . You’ll have the opportunity to help create impactful brand experiences across both  digital and in-person marketing channels while working with sales, creative, public relations, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play an important role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Plan, coordinate, and manage  product launches, trade shows, promotional events, corporate events, and marketing campaigns
• Support event planning, logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with sales, public relations, creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent campaign execution
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable, data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and event collateral
• Assist with social media marketing and offline promotional initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
• Help ensure marketing campaigns and events are delivered on time, on budget, and according to brand standards

Qualifications

We’re looking for a marketing professional who combines  strategic thinking, creativity, organization, and strong execution skills .

Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in  Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, brand management, promotions, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
