Job Overview Position: Remote Tax Partner – High Net Worth (Top 100 firm) Location: Tampa, FL, US Experience: C-Level Salary: $200,000 - $350,000 per year Responsibilities Provide comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals, families, and related entities. Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns and projections. Develop and implement tailored tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients. Stay current with developments in tax law and regulations to ensure compliance and proactive advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with partners and other team members to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client service. Provide thought leadership and support firm growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in marketing initiatives. Possess experience with trusts, estates, and wealth planning. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree in Taxation or CPA preferred. Minimum five years of tax experience focused on high net worth clients, preferably in public accounting or law firm. In‑depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, tax planning, tax advisory, and tax compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and provide practical advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of strong relationships with clients and team members.
