Director or Senior Director, Business Development

Kymera Therapeutics seeks a Director or Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and transactions for its targeted protein degradation platform. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, evaluating deals, managing cross-functional diligence, and representing the company at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Drive business development strategy centered on the TPD platform and pipeline
- Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnership transactions with biopharma companies
- Lead end-to-end transaction management from opportunity identification through agreement execution
- Prepare partnering materials including presentations, term sheets, and valuation models
- Represent company at industry conferences and build relationships with potential partners
Requirements
- PhD, MD, or MBA degree required
- 8+ years of business development experience in biopharma
- Strong scientific fluency and business acumen
- Experience identifying, evaluating, and closing strategic transactions
- Financial modeling and valuation analysis skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and execute partnership agreements
