Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $150K–$175K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. We don't publish the commission structure in job ads, but we'll walk you through the full comp structure in your first interview and you can do the math yourself.

The day to day: in-home appointments around your territory, consultative in home appointment closes, log details in the CRM, work your pipeline.

Requirements

3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales. Solar, roofing, home security, pest control and other in home services all transfer well

One-call close experience. Be ready to talk about your numbers, because we'll ask

Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor

Live within commuting distance of your territory

Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Able to run your own schedule without a manager checking in on you
