Registered Nurse – Outpatient Surgery Position Details Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for predictability in your schedule Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff Continuous investment in equipment, including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning to enhance patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement Shift Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, two per day, scheduled only Mon–Fri. 0530‑1600 and 0830‑1900. Role includes pre‑op, post‑op and discharge. No on‑call. Unit closed Sat & Sun, and on major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day).
