We Are Hiring Location: Austin, TX Facility: Health TransformationBuilding Department/Specialty: Nursing Administration Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm What You Will Do Lead and inspire your care team by directing daily clinical activities and coordinating interdisciplinary staff to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Optimize daily shift operations by assessing real-time patient needs and strategically distributing assignments so every patient receives safe, population-appropriate care. Empower staff through mindful delegation, assigning clinical duties to team members based on their unique skill sets and in strict alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act. Drive clinical excellence and growth by providing immediate, constructive coaching to frontline staff, tracking performance trends, and collaborating with leadership on team development or corrective actions. Shape the future of your unit by actively participating in interviews and providing strategic hiring recommendations to welcome top-talent professionals to the shift. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences Education & Experience: Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in multi-specialtycare. Clinical & Leadership Expertise: Prior experience in an outpatient oncology infusion setting is required, alongside a proven track record in a leadership capacity (e.g., charge nurse or preceptor).
