Mechanic IV

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Mechanic IV for our Biomed Engineering Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Mechanic IV, you will:

Perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and new equipment installation work of hospital buildings and equipment. Examples include bed, stretcher, WOW cart.

Have knowledge of using mechanical and electrical testing equipment

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years' experience general mechanic
• Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical experience

Work Schedule:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
• Typical Daily Schedule: 7:00 AM3:30 PM Monday through Friday
• Shift Type: Day
• Weekend Requirements: N/A
• Holiday Requirements: Follow company holiday calendar
• On-Call: No
• Shift Differential Eligible: Yes

Pay Range:

$23.25 - $32.55
