Job Overview We are seeking an organized and detail\-oriented About This Role We are seeking an organized and detail\-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support the daily execution of marketing activities for our Brand Strategy team. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating marketing\-material fulfillment and inventory, supporting conferences and events, tracking shipments and deadlines, and assisting with social media, campaigns, and content projects. The ideal candidate is a dependable project coordinator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensure marketing materials and event deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Manage the fulfillment, organization, and tracking of approved marketing materials, promotional items, sales collateral, patient education resources, and event supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct routine counts, monitor stock levels, and report damaged, outdated, missing, or low\-stock materials. Pick, pack, ship, and track marketing and event materials while communicating delivery updates and resolving shipment discrepancies. Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, conferences, community events, patient events, and internal meetings. Assist with event registrations, exhibitor forms, schedules, vendor coordination, attendee information, booth setup, breakdown, and post\-event activities. Maintain project trackers, timelines, task lists, approval statuses, deadlines, content calendars, and file locations for marketing initiatives. Support social media, marketing campaigns, and content projects by routing materials for review, following up on approvals, and monitoring deliverables. Proofread marketing materials, maintain version control, and collaborate with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution. Qualifications At least two years of experience in marketing, event coordination, healthcare, project coordination, operations, or a related field. Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, vendor booths, corporate events, or community events strongly preferred. Experience managing inventory, promotional materials, shipments, supplies, or fulfillment processes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet applications. Adobe Creative Cloud experience, including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator, is preferred but not required. Strong organizational, project\-management, communication, and follow\-up skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Ability to travel up to 45%. Ability to assist with packing, shipping, booth setup, material organization, and event breakdown.
