This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.Whether you're looking for a full-time or on-call opportunity, the Monarch Float Pool offers flexibility, competitive pay, benefits eligibility, and the chance to support residents across multiple communities.Position SummaryAs a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
