Inventory Team Lead for Mobix - Swing Shift

Mobix is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Swing Shift Inventory Team Lead to join our team in Summerville, South Carolina. In this role, you’ll help ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and where it needs to be while leading the day-to-day stocking and replenishment activities of a small team.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving problems, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a small team responsible for stocking and inventory replenishment
• Work daily within our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and manage inventory
• Use handheld scanners to accurately record and verify inventory movements
• Research inventory discrepancies and work to identify and resolve root causes
• Help maintain accurate inventory counts and organized warehouse locations
• Monitor stocking and replenishment needs to support efficient warehouse operations
• Identify inventory or process issues and partner with warehouse leadership to develop solutions
• Help reinforce inventory procedures and accuracy standards across the team
• Assist with other inventory and warehouse needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners
• Previous experience leading or providing day-to-day direction to a small team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working alongside the team while also taking responsibility for keeping inventory processes accurate, organized, and on track.
