Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.54 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific procedures and front desk protocols at a financial services location. Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through established access control procedures. Answer questions, direct guests to appropriate contacts, and document visitor arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in required logs or systems. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Support daily front desk operations by observing the reception area, reporting maintenance or security‑related concerns, and completing assigned reports with accuracy and professionalism. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
