3 RD SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATOR

We are a major distributor of high-end kitchen appliances (like refrigerators), and we are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse family in the Medford, Long Island area. If you want a consistent schedule, great pay, and a clear training path, we want you on our team!

The Perks & Details:

• Location: Medford, Long Island

• Excellent Pay: $24.00 per hour

• ⏰ 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

• Perfect Schedule: Sunday through Thursday (Keep your Friday and Saturday nights free!)

Responsibilities

We believe in setting our team members up for long-term safety and success. When you join us, you’ll go through a structured, step-by-step training program:

• Month 1 (The Foundation): You will start on the floor, learning our inventory and workflow by using a dolly to safely load premium appliances into our trucks. This hands-on month builds your physical endurance and teaches you exactly how our product moves.

• Month 2 (The Machine): Once you’ve mastered the loading process, you will begin your full training and operation of our propane sit-down forklifts .

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience Matters: You must have prior experience operating a propane sit-down forklift.

• No Official License? No Problem! As long as you have the real-world experience and skills to operate the machinery safely, an active official license is not required.

• Great Attitude: A team player who is willing to put in the physical work during Month 1 to earn their spot on the forklift in Month 2.
