Lead Analyst, Digital CX Channels & Insights

Lead Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes focused on developing, implementing, and supporting digital supply chain solutions for orthopedic customers. Position involves project leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve inventory management and customer deployments across multiple healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

Lead development, testing, and implementation of inventory management and supply chain digital solutions for orthopedic customers
Support customer deployments and pilots; determine optimization opportunities across all franchises
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Create scorecards and dashboards to track customer initiatives and educate MedTech teams on customer needs
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of customer engagement processes and deployment tracking

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Supply Chain or Engineering focus preferred
6+ years supply chain, distribution, or logistics experience
Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams in matrixed environment
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Healthcare supply chain or medical device distributor experience preferred
Project Management certification (APICS, PMP, or CPM) preferred
