Lead Analyst, Strategic Deployment

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead Analyst, Strategic Deployment for its Orthopaedics team to provide analytical support for optimal deployment design and field resourcing. The role involves performance metrics analysis, territory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales force effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Champion performance metrics and root cause analysis for deployment organization improvements
- Develop go-to-market strategies using mapping and deployment software
- Optimize territory design and field force structure through proactive analysis
- Train Strategic Deployment Team on territory design strategy and modeling
- Generate management-ready insights and analytics supporting strategic sales decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum six years business experience in sales, marketing, finance, or administration
- Two to four years sales force optimization experience including deployment and alignment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sources and interpret into business requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data visualization software proficiency (Tableau, Qlik Sense)
- Strong project management and concurrent execution capabilities
- Direct field sales force design or process improvement experience preferred
