Experienced Machinist Weekend Position
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40! Join a growing precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We're seeking experienced machinists to operate single spindle and multi spindle CNC machines in a fast-paced, clean, and innovative environment. This is a great opportunity for skilled machinists who take pride in their work and are looking to grow with a company that values quality and craftsmanship. Location: Elk River, MN Wage: $18 $28/hr. (based on experience and skill level) Hours: Day shift: 6:30 am 6:30 pm, Friday Sunday Night shift: 5:30 pm 6:00 am, Friday Sunday

Duties of the experienced machinist weekend:
- Set up and operate single spindle and multi spindle CNC machines
- Monitor machining operations to ensure precision and quality
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements of the experienced machinist weekend:
- 2+ years of machining experience required
- Experience operating CNC equipment; setup and programming skills a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow
