The role will oversee the preparation, production, packaging, and shipment of blended materials while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with customer specifications and company standards.Essential functions include leading day-to-day manufacturing operations across blending, inspection, packaging, and warehouse areas, promoting a behavior-based safety culture, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring proper documentation and product quality standards are followed, conducting pre-shift meetings, partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring equipment and production areas are properly cleaned, supervising, coaching, training, and developing manufacturing team members, supporting food safety programs, and fostering Glanbia's culture of Living the Values.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing supervisory experience, experience leading, training, coaching, and developing employees, knowledge of food safety, HACCP, sanitation, cGMP, and quality standards, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, mechanical aptitude, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and flexible work hours including overtime and weekends as needed.
