Many of our agents close 2-3 transactions per month within their first 90 days simply by leveraging our premium lead flow and top-tier training.

Who We Are Looking For
- Licensed Pros: Active California Real Estate License required.
- Market Experts: Ready to scale your business across our core markets: Cupertino, Monte Vista, San Jose, San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, San Francisco, Redwood City, San Carlos, Santa Monica, Glendale, Malibu, Burbank, and San Fernando.
- Client-Centric Advisors: A commitment to guiding clients through complex transactions with expertise in evaluating property values and drafting bulletproof purchase agreements.
- Tech-Savvy Operators: Diligence in updating systems and CRM tools with real-time Zillow Preferred lead details.

Target Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00+ per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability for showings and open houses
