- Directed all daily bar operations in a high-volume sports bar, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient workflow.
- Recruited, trained, coached, and supervised bartenders and front-of-house staff while maintaining high-performance standards
- Managed liquor, beer, and wine inventory, vendor ordering, and cost controls to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Developed seasonal cocktails, drink specials, and promotional events to increase beverage sales and guest engagement.
- Maintained compliance with all Illinois liquor laws, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Oversaw cash handling, POS reconciliation, nightly deposits, and accurate financial reporting.
- Scheduled staff, managed labor costs, and ensured proper staffing levels during peak business hours and special events.
- Resolved guest concerns promptly while fostering a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Collaborated with kitchen and management teams to coordinate food and beverage service, sporting events, and promotions.
- Maintained cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the bar to deliver a consistent guest experience
