The Program Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to program leadership, staff, and stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating daily administrative functions, maintaining organized records, managing communications, supporting scheduling and reporting activities, and ensuring smooth program operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

• Professional writing skills: Their emails, letters, documents and social media posts reflect upon their employers, therefore, professional writing skills using proper spelling and grammar is essential.
• Effective time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, business management, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new computer programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of software packages
• Sufficient aptitude in mathematics and general accounting, bookkeeping, and billing knowledge.
