Behavioral Health Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical programs and operations at a crisis stabilization center. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care delivery with compassion and adherence to standards, developing and managing clinical programs, ensuring safety, and exercising independent judgment on operational and clinical issues. The role involves managing team performance, supporting change and teamwork, and contributing to business planning, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization. Qualifications Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist License (upon hire) At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience Skills and qualities: leadership, clinical expertise, ethical practice, team collaboration, strategic thinking, resource management, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
