Account Manager, Immunology Walnut Creek, CA Position Summary Drive Galderma’s portfolio sales and execute strategic objectives across high‑valued customers in Dermatology, Pharmacy, Integrated Health Networks, and professional organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, KOLs, and the commercial speaker bureau, while collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver portfolio penetration, retention, and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain expertise in brand, segment strategy, and tactics. Provide expert product knowledge and promote Rx products, including product launches. Execute integrated commercial selling strategies, leveraging contracting, access, and reimbursement platforms. Lead cross‑functional account plans that drive portfolio penetration, retention, and growth for key accounts. Analyze account objectives to ensure alignment between market, patient access, and reimbursement functions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; use business analytics and customer insights to anticipate needs. Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and execute customer engagement initiatives. Serve as liaison and primary contact for the commercial speaker bureau. Plan, organize, and execute field‑based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. 5+ years of outside sales experience with variable commission. 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Dermatology or Medical Sales. Previous account management, business‑to‑business sales, and sales “generalist” experience. Strong documented track record of sales performance. Business acumen with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and persuasive communication. Capability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product information professionally. Integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency. Assertive selling ability and product differentiation skills. Collaboration with internal functions such as market, patient access, and reimbursement. Strong ownership of book of business and results‑oriented mindset. Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and strategic thinking skills. Self‑starter comfortable with autonomy and long‑term vision. Relationship management, closing skills, and adaptability to diverse audiences. Learning agility, resilience, persistence, and willingness to take risks. Superior selling, technical, and relationship‑building abilities. Compensation Base salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 USD, based on experience and performance. Includes annual short‑term incentive participation tied to corporate and individual performance.
