Executive Chef, North Canton Sanctuary Grande is seeking an Executive Chef for the North Canton location. The candidate will join our dining services team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and staff management to provide high‑quality, nutritious meals for our residents. Responsibilities Plan, organize, develop, inspire, and direct the overall operation of Dining Services to assure delicious, quality, and nutritious services. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary department environment. Determine food presentation, create decorative displays, and standardize work methods. Assist in planning regular and special diet menus as prescribed by the attending physician. Ensure that food is available for preparation and coordinate with other departments. Perform administrative requirements such as forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. Develop and maintain working rapport with all community staff to meet resident needs. Ensure staff, residents, and visitors follow established policies and procedures. Delegate authority and accountability to department staff. Establish dining service production lines to assure timely meal preparation. Requirements Extensive experience in fine dining across multiple venues. Culinary degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of dietary/dining service experience in a supervisory capacity in a restaurant, hospital, or senior living facility. Training in cost control, food management, and/or diet therapy for healthcare residents (required).
