Two family owned retaurants passionate about crafting classic Italian dishes. Join us as an Assistant Chef with competitive pay and shared tips. Your Top Responsibilities: Create delicious Italian fare Maintain high food quality standards and great plate presentation Work with our Executive Chef to execute the deliverables Prep and line cooking, inventory Help develop recipes and execute weekend features Assist in execution of caterings Expect to work at both Cleveland Ave and Fulton Rd locations (10 minutes apart) as needed Must-Have Skills: Collaborative, positive mindset Deliver quality dishes, attention to details Knife skills Organized, Multi-tasking Pay: Competitive pay based on experience with shared tips About Us: That Little Italian Kitchen and Maisano's Little Italian Kitchen serves traditional Italian dishes in a family oriented setting. We are a family-owned, local, small business with two restaurants and a strong catering arm.
