What You'll Be Doing Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly business reviews. Analyze trends, key performance indicators, and profitability to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Develop financial models that support business planning and executive decision-making. Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other business partners to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes. Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Support long-range planning, special projects, and strategic business initiatives. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Business Finance. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with confidence working alongside senior leadership. Proven ability to influence decision-makers through thoughtful financial analysis and recommendations.
