Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority

As a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, you provide acute bedside care to adults with cardiovascular conditions and strokes on a fast-paced telemetry unit. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, monitor cardiac status, administer medications and treatments, and update electronic health records. You collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in safety and quality initiatives, delegate to support staff, educate patients and families, and may float to other units as needed.
