Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy interventions centered on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage in collaboration with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster unified care strategies.

Provide key education to patients and families, ensuring support for ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions.

Conduct occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the journey.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as organizational standards.

Commit to continuous education and peer engagement to stay current in innovations within the field.

A master's degree in speech-language pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a speech language therapist.

Preferably hold the certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic life support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapy practices for all age groups, demonstrating a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Adaptability to align therapeutic techniques with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
