Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy interventions that emphasize communication, language development, fluency, voice articulation, and dietary needs.

Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to foster integrated care plans.

Provide educational support and tools for patients and families to encourage progress beyond clinical interactions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring that care remains seamless throughout the entire patient journey.

Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with local, federal, and organizational standards.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA strongly preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of hire.

Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for speech and language interventions relevant to all age groups, combined with a keen understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders.

Exceptional communication abilities with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capacity to modify therapeutic methods to align with the diverse cultural and linguistic needs of patients.
