As an essential member of our team, you will use your strong communication and empathy skills to effectively close new leads on choosing Hecht Family Law for their family law case, as well as follow up with existing leads who are not ready to hire the firm when you first speak with them.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition by effectively communicating the value of our legal services to potential clients.
• Engage with prospective clients through various channels, ensuring a personalized and empathetic approach.
• Follow up with leads who are not immediately ready to hire, nurturing relationships to convert them into clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services in the market.

Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume sales environments, such as car sales, fitness industry sales, or cellphone sales.
• Ability to build trust and establish meaningful connections over the phone with potential clients.
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets consistently.
• Strong communication and empathy skills to effectively guide potential clients in decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Passion for sales and a talent for connecting with people, even without a legal background.
