Du bist die erste Ansprechperson bei allen Anfragen von der Fahrzeugbestellung bis hin zur bergabe innerhalb unseres Autohero Retail Departments. Mit deiner Freundlichkeit und deinem professionellen Engagement machst du den Autokauf zu einem groartigen Erlebnis! In dieser Abteilung ermglichen wir unseren Kunden ein unvergleichliches online Autokauf-Erlebnis.

Stellenbeschreibung:
- Sei der erste Kontakt und begleite deine Kunden von der abgeschlossenen Bestellung bis zur Fahrzeugbergabe
- Recherchiere in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen den aktuellen Stand der Auftrge und sorge fr eine reibungslose Auslieferung unserer Fahrzeuge
- Verschaffe dir jederzeit einen berblick ber die anstehenden Aufgaben und setze im Team die Prioritten
- Du trgst dazu bei, dass Kunden schnellstmglich ihr neues Auto erhalten - mit unserem einzigartigen Glastruck und direkt vor die Haustr!
Qualifikationen:
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Dialogmarketing / Callcenter oder in der Privatkundenbetreuung
- Du hast Spa am telefonischen Kundenkontakt und verfgst ber eine strukturierte, zuverlssige sowie lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplay und Hands-on-Mentalitt zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst eine positive Grundeinstellung und ein gesundes Engagement, selbst gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen mit
- Flieende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.)
