Belvedere and Co Events, located in the heart of Baltimore, MD, is looking for a dedicated and organized Day of Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Be DoingAs a Day of Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person on the big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients’ visions come to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything aligns with the client’s plan.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff on the day of the event.
- Managing timelines and schedules to keep the event on track.
- Troubleshooting any last-minute issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ensuring every detail, from décor to logistics, is executed flawlessly.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for events and a knack for organization. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and guests.
