Independently manage emergency presentations and perform all DOP-listed procedures, including airway management, central line placement, and wound repair. Work collaboratively as a team leader in an 8-bed ED, coordinating with nursing, support staff, and on-call specialists to ensure efficient patient care. Utilize Allscripts Paragon EMR for accurate clinical documentation, order entry, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Maintain active licensure, board certification, and required certifications (ATLS, BLS, PALS) while participating in ongoing credentialing and quality assurance activities.
