Our client is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join the Pre-Litigation team in a fully on-site role. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in ensuring successful case outcomes through proactive communication, organization, and client advocacy. The Case Manager will guide clients through every stage of the pre-litigation process, ensuring they understand the progression of their case and how the firm is advocating on their behalf. Strong communication skills, client service experience, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Position: PI Case Manager – Pre-Litigation Team

Pay: Up to $65K

Location: Houston, TX | 100% In-Office

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process
• Coordinate medical providers and assist with scheduling appointments
• Review and organize medical records
• Provide consistent case status updates to clients
• Correspond with insurance adjusters
• Manage and maintain accurate client data
• Act as an intermediary between clients and attorneys
• De-escalate stressful client situations using effective communication and active listening
• Ensure clients understand the case process and next steps

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury case management or pre-litigation preferred
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
