What You'll Do:  

• Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care 
• Assign cases and tasks to staff 
• Ensure proper care delivery by guiding assessments and matching services to client needs 
• Monitor program quality and outcomes using  
• Maintain clean and safe work environment 
• Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards. 

What You'll Need:  

• Graduate of accredited therapy program (required) 
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (required)  
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or setting (required)
