Operations Manager

NAHMIAS is seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented Operations Manager to help build structure, improve internal systems, and streamline day-to-day operations across the company. This role will work closely with leadership to define team responsibilities, implement operational processes, improve communication and workflow, and help scale the business efficiently as the company continues to grow. We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, organization, and operational discipline to a growing business while still understanding the creative culture of NAHMIAS. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute practically, and help build the infrastructure needed for long-term growth. Responsibilities Analyze and improve current company workflows, systems, and operational structure Define, organize, and clarify existing team roles and responsibilities across departments Implement scalable systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and accountability Create organizational structures, SOPs, reporting systems, and internal workflows Help streamline communication and project management between teams Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to improve company operations Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives and support business growth Assist in building operational foundations for expanding areas of the business, including retail, production, logistics, and internal administration Oversee project timelines, task management, and execution across departments Support hiring structure, onboarding processes, and team development initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of operations, project management, or business operations experience Experience implementing systems and organizational structures within a growing company Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work across multiple departments and personalities effectively Experience with workflow management tools, operational software, and process building Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience within fashion, retail, creative industries, or startups is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
