We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our night shift team, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and mentoring and guiding our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the night shift nursing team, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient staffing ratios
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient-centered approaches and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing data-driven solutions
• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies
