Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans during telehealth appointments.

• Utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records of their progress and treatment modifications.

• Deliver services that honor cultural diversity, recognizing the unique backgrounds and values of each client.

• Establish and sustain strong, respectful partnerships with colleagues, enabling an integrated approach to client care.

• Prepare and maintain detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.

• An active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California is a must.
