Required Qualifications and Skills Troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate specialized instruments and equipment. Perform accurate measurements, diagnostics, inspections, and quality checks. Follow technical procedures, work instructions, and documentation standards. Support equipment reliability, repair quality, and team productivity. 1 to 2 years of technical, mechanical, electronics, maintenance, manufacturing, calibration, testing, quality control, or related hands‑on experience. Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with tools, equipment, instruments, or electronics. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, measurements, and repeatable processes. Ability to follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Comfortable working full‑time onsite in Bellevue, WA. Strong problem‑solving skills, dependability, and willingness to learn specialized technical processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with calibration, testing, quality control, maintenance, electronics, manufacturing, or automotive diagnostics.
