Our Agent Trainee Program is designed to help motivated individuals develop the skills, experience, and confidence needed to pursue long-term success in the insurance industry.
The Farmers Insurance Agent Trainee Program is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop professional sales skills, gain business experience, and explore a pathway toward agency ownership.
Whether you come from sales, retail, hospitality, management, education, customer service, or another industry, this program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience working alongside industry leaders and professionals.
No prior insurance experience is required.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, management, recruiting, entrepreneurship, or business development is helpful but not required.
