Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together to create a positive, supportive environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a clear vision for the kind of office culture I wanted to build.

Family is very important to me. I’m married with two daughters and three dogs, and I love spending time with them whenever I can. Outside of work, I also enjoy traveling and going to concerts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Miriam Keller - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
