Title: Accounting Clerk/Coordinator

Bill Rate: $21-23

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Location: 1111 Bagby Street, Houston TX

Resource's typical working day:

• Handles accounts payable and invoice processing
• Manages rebilling and rebilled property services
• Processes received codes and supports invoicing tasks
• Covers front desk duties, including answering calls and inquiries
• Manages high volume of invoices with accuracy
• Provides administrative support, including filing and documentation

Must Have Skills:

• Communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Years of Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts payable

Education: HS/GED

Software skills:

• Basic computer functions
• Microsoft suite
• Outlook for email management

Interview Process: 1 virtual and 1 onsite

Summary: As a Accounting Coordinator/Clerk, you will assist the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with basic data entry tasks.
