Salary: Up to $50,000
Schedule: Full-Time, In Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a growing team in Cypress. This position is responsible for job costing, customer invoicing, and day-to-day accounting support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Field Point , working knowledge of NetSuite , and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close jobs in Field Point , ensuring accurate job cost tracking from start to finish
• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices through Field Point
• Support month-end close and job reconciliation activities
• Enter and maintain accounting data within NetSuite
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Coordinate with project managers and field personnel to verify job status, scope changes, and billing information
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for reporting and audit purposes
• Utilize Corrigo to support tracking and reporting activities as needed
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience opening and closing jobs and processing invoices in Field Point required
• Working knowledge of NetSuite required
• Experience with Corrigo preferred
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience, preferably within construction, power generation, field services, or a related industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• One to three years of accounting clerk or related accounting support experience preferred
