We’re partnering with an innovative, mission-driven technology company to find a Workplace Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating an organized, welcoming, and highly functional workplace. As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day hospitality and workplace experience programs that keep employees supported, productive, and engaged. You’ll maintain shared spaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared areas to a consistently high standard, ensuring the workplace remains clean, stocked, organized, and ready for use at all times. You’ll also serve as a trusted onsite resource, proactively identifying issues, resolving concerns, and continuously improving workplace processes and routines. In this role, you’ll manage food and beverage operations, including kitchen inventory, snack and beverage programs, weekly catered lunches, and vendor coordination. You’ll support workplace events by handling room setup, logistics, catering coordination, and guest experiences, while also partnering with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. From employee hospitality to visitor experiences, you’ll help create an environment that feels polished, professional, and thoughtfully maintained. The team is looking for someone who is highly service-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused, with a genuine passion for supporting others. This person will need to have strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become problems. This is a fully on-site role.
